how do i train inside shot for guards
what is the fastest way to train it

Fastest way is to play your guards at C and do one position inside scoring training. If you don't want to play them at C it will be a lot slower as IS for PG is only 60% and SG only 70% of training them at C.

alternately you can train One on One Forwards and play your guard at SF - secondary training is IS but is much slower

All depends on age and height and maybe elastic effect,but if your player is 18 years old.
I think you can get 4 / 5 pops during a season if you train on C spot.
*And what level trainer you have.

Yes it does,but a level 4 is very good ,so thats no problem and they are much cheaper then 5 or 6.
A high level trainer will train your players a bit faster,but for D5 ,they are to expensive.
