I drafted a 19 year old superstar two seasons ago hoping to turn him into a great starting point guard. In two years of development (he is now 21), these are his stats -

JS - proficient
JR - respectable
OD - proficient
HAN - prominent
DRI - prominent
Pass - prominent

All other statistics are inept except rebounding which is average.

At 21, how much more development does he really have left? I understand his potential allows to reach much higher values but the speed of training decreases from here on out correct?

My apologies.

Well I thought grabbing an exceptional trainer would be a good move. He is my only trainee right now so typically only one or two position training.
