I've wondered if "Pressure" is actually what helps cause turnovers on various parts of the court, and boosts OD and ID (but primarily OD)? The one time I trained my guards in Pressure, one player got an outside pop and one got an inside pop.

Yes. It is a known fact that Pressure training boosts OD and ID(also HN and DR). I think for an 18 year old with proper height 1 week of Pressure training will give him 10% ID. Maybe a little bit more to 13-15% but this is just a personal estimation
