do you know if hiring a doctor post injury will help the bloke recover faster?

...I read somewhere that the level of your doctor is part of the code that determines how long an injury is when a player gets one. I have read very little and heard even less from managers where the buying of a doctor (with any decent sort of level worth helping) has actually helped reduce an injury. Would love to hear from any peeps who can provide evidence to refute this...(apart from BB manual blurb which says nothing really)
...bottom line: don't bother if he's already injured! :) But get one if you want to avoif injuries in the future obviously. lol
