Keep in mind that those are both ideal arenas. Don't feel worried about promoting if your arena is behind that. I think as long as your arena isn't tiny (under 10-11k) you can usually manage for the first however many seasons if you continuing expanding it in D.III. Milwaukee Lethargy has been very successful in D.III, D.II and the NBBA while having an arena that was under 15k due to having a good PR manager.

What the other managers are saying is a bit unreal for most DIV 3 teams, and very very huge:)
8000
1500
250
25
But I think if your arena looks a bit like this ,then you have done a good job imo ,somewhere around 10k.
Just remember that you can set your price a lot higher,so your income should be pretty good.
And you can expand your arena in D3 a lot easier, cuase you gonna receive much more money

6k-7k?! for real?! what is the point of having such an amount of seats but price for tickets is lowest possible. 2.5k-3.5k is more then enough.

20$ 20x5000=100k, if he has 3k seats and ticket price 35$, he got 50k more. so tell me, where is the point for div III 5k seats?

Yeah! He should get rid of those seats that are selling for $20 so he can build the same number of bleacher seats that are empty at $12.

Jocker! stop ... u too funny mate.

1k seats cost u 700k - 5k seats gonna be 3.5m <--------- 3.5M this number might be interesting for u. guy who starts to play in div 3, he usual have this kind of money to expend just a seats. than 3.5m to expend bleachers.

my point was to build smart not AMERICAN (big).

Well, it really depends on where you want to get and what you're selling now. I think the idea of 5000 lower tier in III is too much, so I'll agree with that. On the other hand, as long as you can sell the seats, it's better to build them now as opposed to later. A lower tier seat built today costs you $700, and one built in five seasons costs you $700. The difference is, *as long as you can sell the tickets*, you'll start recovering some of that $700 in ticket revenue sooner if you build now. Of course, seats you never fill don't do that, so expansion needs to be measured against what you can sell, but you'll never sell a ticket to a seat that hasn't been built.
