Hi all, couldn't find a thread for this season yet so I thought I'd start things off.

I'm new here, but don't go easy on me, I like learning the hard way.
My team is definitely not worthy of DivII but the DivIII I was in was way too easy, there was no competition at all. :(
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated and well received.

Thank you very much.
KingArthur.

Hi King Arthur,

you have a good couple of bigs who should set you in good stead in this division. you might have to add some 30-40k guards to give them support. but i would advise you to look at the rosters of the other teams in your conference and ascertain what you think you will need to beat some of them. getting off to a good start is vital, unless you are the Vibe (rockers) who just went on a late season tear. it would probably be wise if you have the funds to add some seats to your arena to take advantage of your promotion bonus

You should maximise your arena prices for the first 7 matches and the lower them slightly.

+1 to that. Your arena is tiny. Max those ticket prices til the next update at least!

lol

This div feels like my BB home. So if I drop back down, I wouldn't feel the same if I didn't come back here.

I would have to say that putting together a good stretch is more important than starting strong if your aim is to avoid relegation. Really just need to maximise your situation however you can

Thanks Petevas and Bains for the feedback.

I will try to add some guards and continue to train my bigs. Well Julien anyways, I think his mate is capped.

I have maxed the ticket prices as suggest, hopefully that will help develop some solid income as I'm not exactly flush with money.
I was only making $17k last season in div3 to promote in a very poor league. I will try to add seats to my arena also.

Personally I would max out the ticket prices. But I am keen to find out how you go with it.

I think with only +-10k seats it should be fine.

If I can survive the first 7 weeks without losing every game, I should be able to fix my roster a bit.

Unlike the other guy, I'm new and want you to go easy on me :)
