Thanks! Yeah, I'm thinking this is my season to go 22-0, the last few seasons have seen some very strong teams promote, and it looks to be my time to promote this season (I think). That's higher on my priority list then making it further in the cup, but making money is high on my list too, so continuing in the cup will benefit that as well.

Starting my some of my bench tonight. We'll see how that goes.

If you have any questions about training, strategies, or any general WTF?!? type questions about BB (or life in general), feel free to PM me or ask here on the forums.

the team im facing for the cup this thursday is really strong so i would be good if i throw that game. I think its going to be you and mbct in the finals and vietnam and me in the semifinals. toronto ravens is a great team too but your back ups are really bad .

My back ups suck, but to be fair I've only had my team for one season... hard to get any real depth in 2 months of d.4 income. However, as you may have seen I've dropped over $1,000,000 in the past week to get 3 new players which means some of my old starters become back ups, and some of my old back ups get cut...

Don't worry, the Ravens are coming for ya!

Good luck this season guys. I'll be interested to see how this season pans out in this league.

If you're wondering at all what kind of roster you will need to stay in div 2 and start to challenge to promote, I am sitting 3rd in my division right now and will need quite a bit of work to compete to promote again.

In the off season I picked up a couple guys to crank up my inside defense to levels closer to my outside defense. I probably have the best defense overall in my league, so if I can improve my offense enough to be average I may have a shot at some point. We'll see. It depends if I can earn enough income to replace aging guys as they retire too.

Hey TUG! Thanks for coming back, checking in on us. So far a pretty competitive season, with 2 big games tonight of interconference play. Black Tigers and Vineham are looking pretty strong this season, I think Vineham takes it in a 5-10 point victory. My team versus MBCT is a likely match-up for the finals, and should be entertaining. I'm thinking its either a close game decided by 3-5 points, or a huge blowout for me, as hes usually someone gunning for Cup position aswell, and could very well play a mixed lineup of starters and backups. I could take the easy win by 20+ points. My biggest game of the season so far and my only real test to see if I am winning the promotion this season or not.

I had been following you a bit this season, THAT DEFENSE! I'm hoping if i do promote to get into one of the weaker Divs to actually compete right off the bat, I generally play TIE for 100% of my games leading up to Interconference or All-Star break, barring Hardcore Cup games, and I plan to do the same in D.II, but if promoted to a higher quality division, this strategy could bring a quick relegation too. My top end guys are elite in D.III, but will be less then average in primary skills in comparison to the strong D.II teams. Where as your team has Elite Defensive players that can probably compete with the higher end D.II teams right away. You are in a tough Div, but you also have the Arena that can sustain a pretty powerful roster too.

Well good luck trying to promote. Just remember that the first thing you want to pump when you promote is your defense. This is definitely still a pretty tough Div III league so it helps prepare you to try and stay in Div II.

Yeah, jeez. I didn't expect MBCT to crunch time.

Hey guys, I played a bit a few years ago (I mean a BIT, like for a month or two lol), and just getting back into the game. Don't know how I managed to start with a team in III, but I don't mind (although I see the team hasn't had such a great start :P ).
Good luck and have fun :)
