Hi everbody. I was in this league last season. Hope everyone is doing well- and I see Philli commandos is tearing shiz up this season. Did Baylor Bears quit? too bad- they were a good opponent last year and a nice guy too. Just shouting out cuz i still keep up with this league. Div IV isnt as tough as people say- it's tough but not impossible to win. Luv this game! Peace.

Sup Rollerz! Good to hear Div IV isn't too tough. I'd hate to move up only to struggle and drop back down (though I guess that'd be the nature of the game).

Well I was able to go 11-11 (4th place) this season with the following:

PG 21K salary
SG 20K
SF 12K
PF 13K
C 12K

My main back-ups are 6K and 7K.

Don't get me wrong, some teams are so tough that you can go CT at home and they go TIE and they still win easily, but there are many win-able games and even newbie-bots spring up here and there. One thing is that you come up against great freakin defenders so that suddenly your guys that shoot lights out in Div V can't make as many shots. Your players who are a little weak on defense will start fouling out sometimes. I highly recommend Arena should be 7K or more heading into Div IV becuz you get an AWESOME bonus in attendance $$$$ for the first half of the season after you promote so you want to take full advantage of that.

Thanks for the advice. I'll definitely take my arena into consideration now that I'm comfortable with the team I currently have.

you can promote next season if you want to (it's a little late in this one). Build your arena. Good luck :D

stupid question - what do you mean by "promote" next season? I hired a competent PR guy earlier. We are not exactly selling out arena, but still should build?

when you win the league championship, you will promote to a higher division. right now you are in division "V", league "3"- hence V.3. promotion will put you in a division IV league. on the menu on the left, click USA, then 'complete league list' and you will see the structure of divisions and leagues in the US.

furthermore, in division V, you may promote also by simply finishing near the top of your league, through 'bot clean-up'. so division V is not hard to promote from, division IV is where the real game begins.
