There are only 4 div IIs for Canada and they are full and highly competitive. I should know, my team just got relegated from one of them after winning Div III.5 easily! Most of the Div IIIs are full too. There should be very few bot teams left in Div IIIs now as there are a lot of new human players in Div IVs.
