yeah I had to post it, because it was a bit more than a 2-300 reduction per week lol L:) . In any case yeah I checked all the 31yo-32yo players I've had also in the past and they all had similar patterns, so I could not disprove Manon's and co. statements and ended up agreeing that Proficient GS does not have sublevels. I had 5-6 players that I could check, so I'm now convinced it's a reliable way to estimate if there has been some improvement in the skills.

Obviously below proficient you are completely correct that GS does have sublevels, but it should have always been suspicious that by inverting the formulas in Coach Parrot Proficient GS is always is between 8.8-9.1 (while I can get a 'good' Strong GS at 8.7-8.8). I routinely check the sublevels for GS and I believe the deviation from 9 is due to my incorrect estimations of sublevels and minimal errors in the model's coefficients. I've never got a 9.3 or 9.4, while I do get high 7s for respectable and high 8s for strong.

Well, i probabley would except im trying to compete in my d.III league, so taking one of my best players out of the starting equation just wont work for me right now. i suppose i could do two position PA, but meh ill be happy with 14js/14dr.

no. some DMI studies in the past have shown, that GS proficient is the maximum. it does not have sub levels. I think only a GS of 9.0 is shown as proficient and is the maximum GS. lower levels might have sub levels though

My guy is at 3 full weeks of SB since last pop, plus another 20 min week. Fouled out early this week as well, unfortunately.

I have a 22 yr old SG with Superstar potentail that buzzer manager says is at 64-70% potential limit. Does that mean he still has room to grow more skills or he is already at his limit? I've trained pressure (2 position) for 5 weeks and no pop =/

You should almost never train OD, JR, PA, ID, or SB in two position training for a guard. Always one-position train those skills.

So I had a one of my guys who has been in 9 GS the last two training updates increase 2k DMI. B-M has him at 91-100%. I hope that means that he is still getting training or should his DMI increased more? I'm think that since he is classified as a PG and I gave him ID training that that is the reason for only the small bump.

At least, for guys with high potential. It's perfectly fine to train, for example, five lowish potential (e.g., star) guards two position.
