Hello fellow BB users!

I'm puzzled about improving game shape for my team's players. How the GS stays, drops and improves has no logic to me!
May be somebody could give some insights, some information how can I increase GS, what are the factors that needs to be taken into account?

Almost every week players get optimal minutes from 55-80min, but basically around 70. One player has 69min, GS of 7 stays, other player has 68min, his GS jumps from 7 to 9. Didnt know that with 78min You can receive a drop in GS.

Especially this season it is hard to reach 8, not to mention reaching 9 GS!

Please, anybody, give some golden tips to overcome this! Or may be this is normal! Dunno..

P.s. Training Game Shape is not an answer for this problem, because previously didn't have that much problems with this!

Thanks in advance,
Klusums pirms vētras manager

Actually a great training facility
GS is a lot of random, but golden rule - sports psychologist, helps a lot.

And keeping the same ammount of minutes over a longer period of time seems to help (i mean few weeks).

You just get a *feeling* for it. Never kept lower than level 5 as they're super cheap. Currently on level 6, last season had 7, this does feel worse. I can only assume with higher level your GS get penalised less for more minutes.

Alright!

Will try to manage starting 5 player minutes under 70. Will get back how I'm doing!

Thanks for the detail view, man!

always keep your minutes around 48-70 and your GS will navigate around 8 during the season and very rarely will drop below 7.

if you take care of your minutes you have absolutely no need for psychologists or whatsoever, unless, of course, you feel like spending your hard earned money just for the sake of it.

Sports psychologist is a very strong feature, that any team with any winning motivation should have.
There is a consensus on how powerful that is.

Alright. But there is nothing more powerful than managing your minutes.

I've never had and probably will never have a psychologist and my game shape has never been an issue (and I play intermitently since season 2).

Currently 7 of my utopia top-10 salary players have game shape at level 9, 1 has level 8 and 2 have level 7. Considering my two teams altogether, from the top 10 players 6 have GS 9, 3 have GS 8 and only one has GS 7. It has always been like this.

But ok, since I've never had a psychologist I cannot tell about the impact in the GS on players who get gung-ho minutes during a week. If players can play 80+ every week and consistently get high GS with a psychologist, then it can be really worthy. However, if your guys play "normal" minutes, your game shape will be under control without the need of anything else.
