Anyone else's chat not working?
Tried it in chrome, firefox and internet explorer but it gets stuck on 'loading chat'.

Any ideas how to make it work?

When i press connect, it keeps saying "connecting to server", and that's all....

Someone knows the solution ?

What is your Antivirus?

I think it's the same problem as Avast.

Before the news of training minutes, Marin posted a News about an exception for the antivirus if chat not working.

Hello,

My antivirus is Trend Micro.

I know Marin posted that, but i asked him and he said he couldn't explain me how to add the exception for a URL.
(I know how to make exceptions for programs, not for URL's)

Hello,

My antivirus is Trend Micro.

I know Marin posted that, but i asked him and he said he couldn't explain me how to add the exception for a URL.
(I know how to make exceptions for programs, not for URL's)

Add the website (URL) to your Exception list:
1. Double-click either of the following to open your Trend Micro program's main console:
Desktop shortcut
System tray icon
2. Click Settings.
3. Click the Exception List tab.
4. Click Add.
5. Type the blocked website on the Add the Address(URL) of a website field, then click OK.
The main page will be captured and an asterisk will appear in the URL. This means that everything that links to the main page will be included in the exceptions.
6. Click Apply.
