Improve his Passing and he is a Point Guard.

Improve his Jump Shot and he is a Shooting Guard.

What do you want him to be?

Start with slapping some more OD on him, then passing and jump range and train 1vs1 when he can't get enough minutes or during the allstar week. Train some IS when you're feeling ambitious, probably in a week where you have certain losses or wins.

Depends on how you think you will do over the next few seasons.

First, I would recommend boosting his IS/ID to at least respectable (proficient-prominent, if you're feeling ambitious) on weeks you can afford to lose or weeks you are guaranteed wins (e.g. against bots).

Second, I would recommend making him a combo-guard. You could train a little 1v1 FW, but his HA/DR are ok for now. maybe start with a single week or two. Then bring his JR up to 10-11, OD to 12-13, JS to 12-13, and finally passing to 12-13. That will bring him close to capping (88-97% of cap space at 13/10/13/11/10/13-10/10/6/4), so train whatever you want until capping (I would recommend OD, but JS/JR/PA are important too). If you want to be as well rounded as possible, IS/ID/SB would be salary/cap efficient if you bring them up to 12 or so.
