Depends on how you think you will do over the next few seasons.
First, I would recommend boosting his IS/ID to at least respectable (proficient-prominent, if you're feeling ambitious) on weeks you can afford to lose or weeks you are guaranteed wins (e.g. against bots).
Second, I would recommend making him a combo-guard. You could train a little 1v1 FW, but his HA/DR are ok for now. maybe start with a single week or two. Then bring his JR up to 10-11, OD to 12-13, JS to 12-13, and finally passing to 12-13. That will bring him close to capping (88-97% of cap space at 13/10/13/11/10/13-10/10/6/4), so train whatever you want until capping (I would recommend OD, but JS/JR/PA are important too). If you want to be as well rounded as possible, IS/ID/SB would be salary/cap efficient if you bring them up to 12 or so.
