I want to create team leader and only work at his skills. I think 3 players can be future leader and my question is next -

Suggestions please. I'm not experienced enough to decide by myself who of this players will develop faster and better.

Those are all really old for their skills. It's better to just buy a new trainee with decent starting skills and train him properly. You can get a 18yo perennial allstar with decent (45+) skill points for 50-75k, so pretty small investment. Maybe a superstar with little less but still 40+ skill points or an allstar with 50+ skill points for the same price. Anyway, small investment and you can make a great player out of it.

If you count the level of all the skills of a player (without stamina or free throw), you get to a numer which is referred to as total skill points. So if a player has respectable in all 10 skills, he has 70 skill points.

When you say "leader" do you mean core players to build around your team? If you like training, try finding some balanced 18 year old players (all-star level at least) that do not have many atrocious stats (skills) they will train much faster. They will surpass those 3 by age 20 or even at late 19. One position train as much as you can with at least an advanced trainer. Three trainees is very difficult to train properly, try considering just having two and you can keep the 21 year old as a back up trainee.

Each trainee needs 48+ minutes not just 48 in any given week to maximize training. At 26, he will just be a complimentary back up and training will be very slow. Try using the right arrow in the forum section, there are a lot of training threads/discussions that you might find useful. Hope this helps.

I'm okay with buying some young players to train 1vs1 and JS. Your second player could also take training because he is already a good all around player. Then some passing training, he sucks on that skill :D
