Agree, contact your U21 coach and ask for his advice.

Some coaches would encourage you to just continue the big man training (IS/ID/Reb/SB). Some coaches though don't like seeing some atrocious stats even if it's their secondary skill.

He has (kind of) almost perfect skills for a certain type of player: defense C.
My idea would be: train Passing, SB and RB.
His JS 1, JR 1 and DR 1 are so bad, that Passing 7/8 will make a first pass big out of him. Most of the time he will decide that a pass would be way better than a shot.
Keep in mind for inside training: SB trains RB+ID and RB trains ID. So start with SB and than RB. During this training ID will also pop.
