It is always best to play Base Offense to see if your outside offense is superior than your inside offense, or vice versa. But in my opinion, since you have 1 dominant player on your team, that is Olivier Robert, Patient may work well.
In terms of defense, it's something that you change depending on your roster. It's not a good idea to keep using the same tactics every time, simply because it is the best. Depending on your opponent, the best tactic for your team may end up being the worst choice.
Try Man to Man and see whether your outside D is superior than your inside D, or vice versa. Then you know the relative strength of your team's defense, and come up with appropriate defensive tactic for each game.
And btw, although I suggested you to use Patient as your offensive tactic, that may not be the best one depending on your opponent. Again, you need to be checking the opponent, not just using the tactics that your team is best at.
