Rebuild: version 3

The rebuild has begun as the Kurgans have acquired some viable talent trough the draft and will focus on improving the team via training. There are no significant acquisitions on the horizon other than a high level trainer. The management is fine with the team taking the next few seasons to get ready for the run and continue to maintain the reserves for when they are ready to make a quick move up to the NBBA (or at least that is the goal).
