GM controll everything it is like a Mod and an LA + more stuff like making sure no one cheats

GM duties include moderating the forums, approving signups, investigating cheating allegations, and dealing with spam.

Honestly, the best way to become a GM is to be active and helpful in the forums. Take an active role in improving BB!
