Hi, good idea ;)
I believe you're right about FT, and I think we can also guess that age of the player doesn't matter for that kind of training (similarly to hattrick, where this happens...), but we have to study also how age influences other tranings...
anyway, from next friday I'll try to follow my pops writing them, and then I'll post here when I'll have "something" :)

You should check the second week of your free throw training. Cause I think it's probably like Stamina (the guys that are high will pop on the first week and all the rest will pop on the second week) that might be what happened in your FT training.

I'm training Jump Shot. So far:
Jump Shot Repectable -> Strong (19 years old, level 10 trainer, training PG/SG) = 5 weeks

Good idea, but you've to add how many positions are trained, e.g. inside defense for C, C/PF or C/PF/SF.

Hi guys!

I am a new member and would like some tips for how to train my team.
What would be more important to begin with......to train the whole team or separately?
When I am training for example only my Center for 5 weeks can the other players decrease in some skills because they are not training?

I completely agree. I'll add more information as people start to post it in this thread. Everything so far is from info in this thread and the one linked here. I hope in a week or two that we'll have a pretty detailed list.

I also gorgot ask you about the training report. It is on friday right? But I didn't see anything on friday....Why?

And if for example I change my training on tuesday does it take into consideration the trainings on saturday, sunday, monday? Or does it depend on how you set your training each friday?

I edited my post cause yeah, i forgot to say i train PG and SG (in Jump Shot).

Anyway, there is no training reoprt here yet, only the little green arrows.

I believe that here is like in HT, the training type considered is the one set on the moment the update happens, not when the games are played.
