Does anyone know how long it takes for Jump shooting for Small and Power Forwards? Does it also depend on how many players I have at these positions?

It doesn't matter how many you have at a position as long as you get them enough minutes at that position.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

This is a good question, about Training Jump Shot on Forwards. Could be the same time as on the Guards, since both are training 2 positions, but maybe takes a bit more time, because guards are usually better at Jump Shooting.

ah come on domenico.. I can make a list with one million names of guards that are great shooters.

In fact, in any decent team any guard HAS TO be an excellent shooter. We cannot say the same about Power Forwards.

That's the reality.

I think one major communication block is that buzzerbeater players do not have positions... we have a best position... but you can play a shooting gaurd at center and he gets no further penalty than are reflected in his stats. We do give taller player bumps in rebounding, and shorter players bumps in handling in terms of how fast they train for example.... but tha's the extent that we constrain skill sets. You can make a Dirk, or you can make mugsey boges... whatever you feel like.

Talking about the "best position" can it change according in which skills the player is improving?
