I think it’s time for me to be u21. The running gag of “most 2nd place finishes” in USA elections is good fun until it robs my soul just a little bit every time that happens.

I think GForce did a great job last season in particular; some impressive moments. I have no idea if he is running again. If he is, I’m running on the motto that I believe I have earned the right for it to *finally* be my turn.
If he is not running, I believe I am the best candidate out there.

What I have learned most in the last 10 or so seasons, and especially last season, from GForce and the community, and studying opponents, is that our core training plans are really, really effective, and really, really user friendly that turns our draftees into stars.
But to take the next step, we need some specialists, or at least some different kinds. Where is our 7 IS, 16 ID Reb SB guy? Italy had one that just nearly single handedly won them gold. Where is our 13/14 OD guy who has 19 JS and 14 JR? Where is our superstar potential player with 13/14 ID and OD that didn’t pump 1v1 until they were nearly 20?
Those specialist, those archetypes are the next evolution of the u21. It took a while to realize 1v1 F was king, and ID first is by far the most important for bigs as the base of your squad. Give me some of those players and I will win the Gold

Also, FTs are damnnnn important, and definitely lost us games. Perhaps time to evaluate that in line with some other skills.

I'm the head coach of JCW and my platform is pretty simple.

Don't vote for me.

If elected, I promise to be the worst U21 manager in BBUSA history. I won't listen to anyone. I'll play hunches rather than listen to years of wisdom. I'll basically waste a whole generation of player development.

If we happen to win a game, I'll take all the credit for myself. If we lose, I'll blame the refs, the developers and maybe some "Dark Cabal". I may even throw the fans under the bus.

I'll tell prospective managers to focus on SB and FT, because that's obviously how the game is won. We'll use Run and Gun with low stamina players and Patient with high stamina players. And who really cares about Game Shape anyway.

Looks like I have some competition this time around! I love how the addition of a little feature brought in so many potential U21 manager candidates. With that being said, I think we have also seen growth in participation for our last run, so I appreciate all the assistance and input from the USA community even though I failed to lead the team to the promised land earlier this week.

So here I am, introducing myself once again. This is GForce03, an old fart manager since season 8, I was the USA U21 manager for 2 seasons in a row and I'm hoping to do something that has never been done before, running the 3rd term as the manager and finally bring us the trophy home.

I have spent hours scouting, mentoring users, bringing people to our Discord community to further player development, these are no easy tasks and I'm well equipped and familiar with the process but we would appreciate even more participation so we can grow as a country, I have seen so many talents go to waste either due to inactivities or missed training and that hurts my heart.

Hello Everyone - I am extremely excited to place my name among these other well qualified candidates. I will not waste my time and comment on any of these other amazing managers, but what I will do is present my humble case for this position. This will be my second season in BuzzerBeater, and hopefully I will gain my second league title in a stacked III.8 league! Last season I had some learning to do, as I started off as a bottom feeder. I was able to do some serious analytic tracking and overhauling of the team I inherited, and ended up rattling off 16 straight victories en route to my first career title. As the NT team manager, I plan on consistently being involved. I will never stop considering lineups, players, strategy, etc. My plan will be centered around the community and finding out the best talent this great nation has to offer. USA will reign the best in the world and never look back. I will be open to questions, comments, concerns, ideas, and even some fun chatter with the community, as this game is meant to bring us all together and have a great time (while winning many games of course)! I hope you all the best this coming season, and humbly hope for some votes to come my way!

I won’t run Princeton. I check zero other boxes you would want heading the U21 ship, but I can promise I won’t run Princeton. Especially when a medal is at stake.
