For your other comment, It means that the U21 team scouted your player. They like to keep tabs on the pipeline and find the good players as soon as possible so they can be trained correctly. They can only see the stats if they add the player to the team. So usually after the draft they will go through and temporarily add a large number of players to the team to see what their stats are. If you have a really great player they would reach out to you after. Training is one of the best parts of the game. So you should read about it in the forums and game manual. Training a player for the U21 or NT takes a lot of time but is really fun. Your 18 year old Jaen looks very trainable probably not U21 worthy but could be a good player.
