Indeed, injuries suck. Looks like you would have had it if your starter stayed in and you avoided that amazing 0-10 shooting WITH A FOULOUT to boot from the backup...

Yeah, it happens. Now it's just the task of figuring out how to grab these last two and praying that this doctor can heal up Askew so that his ass can be available to play. I don't think i've had 4 injuries in 9 days ever on BB and I've played 30 seasons. Of course the first time I'm trying to promote to the NBBA is when it all needs to happen.

2x NBBA Champion: S55, S56. 3x USA Cup Champion: S54, S55, S56. WR for longest home streak ever at 11 in Season 47.

Sometimes when it rains it pours. One of my seasons in NBBA I had my top two guards (both US NT) and my second highest-paid center all injured at once. At that point it's hard not to just pack it in. I got lucky that it was (mostly) outside my B3 games, key cup matchups, etc. If it happened in playoffs I would have lost my gourd.

Yeah I think I remember seeing that from your end at some point. I must have either been gameplanning with one of your opponents or following the national team discussion. Brooks and Driscoll, right?

And what's a man without his gourd?

It's an old-timey expression for "flip your lid" or "go nuts"

Yep, it was Brooks and Driscoll.

GG's my dude,

Not having 5 injuries in the last 3 weeks would have let my team give you their full potential and strength. But I didn't get that luck and thats always part of the game.

On the other end, you tactically played the series very well. I was challenging whether you can win games without using LI and PTB and you did. Respect for the smart gameplanning throughout the whole series and I can't wait to face off with you in the NBBA. Next time hopefully with my full team showing up ;)

Till next season...

2x NBBA Champion: S55, S56. 3x USA Cup Champion: S54, S55, S56. WR for longest home streak ever at 11 in Season 47.
