I managed to avoid relegation in a really lucky way. Got my game shape screwed before first playoff match and also screwed my enthusiasm when I went for crunch time to avoid a relegation battle and therefore felt as if I had to give up first relegation match. Then gambled with line-up for opponents and got it correct and won with only three points. Finally I managed to win today in decissive game despite getting one game day prep wrong and opponent getting my game day prep. Not sure if opponent benefitted from push the ball and wrong guess from me compared with outside tactics, apparently I won and with rather large margin. I will therefore stay in the league and won't have to rebuild already next season.
In the other end it seems like both relegated games who joined our league will get promoted back because Wunder Bozz should be promoted as best losing team as I understand it and Dunking Donuts should be able to win playoff finals.
