haha im prepared to make the big calls. anyway i dont have a great deal of knowledge of the players because i have been in the outcasts so McArthur will have to deal with it. im sure others will give him the nod if he is good enough to be in it

I really hope this process can become easier in the future.
I really hope we take iwen's idea about the online poll and then say something like:
Who is the best starting PG?
And list all the candidates here with their average season stats alongside them.
Who is the best starting SG?
and so on and so forth.

I just think it is very complicated at the moment to check data and ladders and MVP eligibility and all the other requirements. Maybe it's just because I am not familiar my own players, let alone familiar with all the players from all the other teams.

Basically to sum up all the rambling above, I think the online poll would be excellent.

personally ive thought there should have been a mvp for each league but oh well. :)


we said combined for this season but its something to think 4 next season

this season the leagues were much closer and teams like eggy, maggots, marmots, infections, titans, chasers, cowboys, troopers, immortals, rogues and us could have easily slipped into either league - that is about half

do we want he anfu or some random 10k scrub from the south (no offence at he in particular im sure he is a cool guy) to win the overall mvp or should we keep the mvps apart next season?

i say 3 leagues 3 mvp tables

maybe that will make sas go into the top league so smeltz can win the big trophy

consider it 4thed as long as naker does all the work :)

lol the MVP is really a popularity contest...

it would take too long to check every team and and compare every position to determine who goes where..
and to be honest I just took yoda's votes and made a few changes.. actually one change cos I had to omit Wazza since I could not vote for my own players.. and I'm sure everyone else did the same.. you lazy pricks! =P

the poll would be nice.

While I agree with the having separate MVP's for each league what is wrong with a 10k player getting MVP of a league? Consistency + Carrying the team is cause for MVP status In my opinion.

nothing wrong with it at all...in the south, but the teams in the west will be battling 150k-350k dudes every week while in the south you can be beating up on guys with wages like 8k

i just reckon you should compare apples with apples

no offence to smeltz - he is an awesome player and on the nt and all, but would he have gotten 3 mvp points when he played against fanis? when his team got belted by 30 by c-cat? when the knights guards raped his so bad that he couldnt even get to touch the ball? dont think so...

if he anfu can win the south mvp awesome! if anything it gives him a better chance

3 leagues, 3 mvps, that is all i am saying

im with u on this one fishy.

to me it makes no sense people battling for mvp when they dont play each other.

we have teams now that battle over three leagues , that links the whole fish bowl together.

so i see no reason to not have a mvp for each league now
