Believe me I know. My core backup was relatively young when I was competing in DIII, but I kept cycling with cheap, old, nicely-skilled big men, and that was getting me no where. I didn't necessarily get worse, but I wasn't improving, so I knew I had to scrap my roster and start over from the beginning, since I also didn't have a large enough arena to create enough income to be able to buy a young big man.
