This is a great trainee for you!! to start this game ,without a doubt.
U21 like Manon says is very difficult,Spain is a big country, and certaintly they have better draft players this season. But you bought this player for 32 k and that's a very good buy,I think you should train this player, but forget U21:)I would start training this player first on inside skills this season, focus on IS and a bit ID (1 position training). And after that you can start training outside, remember if training 1V1 to select SF/PF position because that will train IS also.He will be a key player for your team, and if you should ever decide to sell this player ,iam sure you will make a huge profit

España Serafín Gorriarán (35271645)
Weekly salary: $ 2 848

This is the guy right (6'3)? You have an Advanced trainer and this is your second season in BB.

Have fun with that guy. He can definitely be an asset to your team given that you are in division 4. U21 might be a stretch (longshot) even for a micro nation, Spain is a big BB community. You are still new to the game and though the advice of a few may seem harsh they are only looking out for what is best for you in terms of profit and a player that can help your team in the long haul. If I drafted him and was in a lower division I would probably train him but would not be overly excited about it.

Some skills are salary drivers like inside def, outside def (pressure) jump range even passing jump shot and rebounding. Training them adds up to your weekly salary. I would train him like a shooting guard, first train handling (single position) until I get it to prolific then work on his outside defense and passing after all star break. I wouldn't turn him to a small F because of the atrocious rebounding but that's just my opinion.

If you have the time to spend there are better prospects on the transfer list for you to consider. Try to get someone from your own country (first option). I suggest you use one position training and get another prospect. You need to get 48+ minutes every week for full training. Go to your weekly stats. (Use the long menu)

Just a quick hint. It's not that good to post his skills. Delete it!
