Hey OKC...looks like your team is TOO young. The way training works in this game, you can only give meaningful training to a few players at a time. My idea would be to pick up some 30+ veterans on the market who have decent skills at their position, who can help you start winning while you're training some younger players. You should be able to get some skilled players in the $6-8,000 salary range.

A level 4 trainer seems adequate at this level. I'd pick out 4-5 younger players worth training and just focus on them. I trained defensive skills first.

It is vital that you get your key trainees 48 minutes of training each week. Overall 65 minutes a week will keep your players in top game shape so tney will play better. Too many or too few and game shape suffers.

Wow, ok then =o

I surprisingly did better against Bluegrass than I thought though, and good job against ROACH! That guy though, with that huge long name, that made me crack up when I saw that name

Put everything on the line tonight... still nothing,

Shame on Besiktas... literally forfeited every single game last season with a 1 player roster so he could stockpile cash into the millions, and come here destroying teams like this. Where is the integrity in that? ROACH has been here for seasons working hard and active every time... same with Bluegrass... it's just a horror to see this. Just play fair man and set lineups every game like the rest of us...
