The first guy could be very good. A season of training od and a season of js would set him up well to be either a pg or sg with more training. Starting ft of 6 is a nice touch as well.

With the low starting handling and good starting driving and range I would probably go sg Personally. Will be a stud in the future either way.

hello, i got a 18 years old guy from the draft, who is 6'8 and has MVP potential

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: average Handling: atrocious
Driving: atrocious Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: pitiful

how should i train him?

woh, this is really a rare all around talent.

You could train, whatever you want, just make sure (with your other trainees), that you´ve got a long time plan. So it should be 3-4 Seasons outside skills, and then switsching to inside skills for another 3-4 season (or the other way around, depending on your other trainess). If you´ll do it like that, you´ll should have a NT SF...

This could be a very nice player for your team,but there are some big holes in his skillset,that will take a lot of training-time.Player for NT what manager Derdoc wrote ,,,no I don't think so in a country with 700+ managers...
