Really? Is there a big difference? How much should I expect? If any one is able could they advise me on my training regime.

Currently I am training jump shooting and training my wings. So trying to get as many players in those positions to 48 minutes per week. Is JS a good thing to train for a new team? Does it make sense that I train my PF at SF in scrimmages to get good training.

I just find that my training is really sacrificing results, as like i said I train as many players as possible usually 5 fully trained players and 2 half trainees. Training all these players who are not my best is hurting the win lose column.

Thanks for the help

I don't remember the exact amount, I think it's $160K/team or something. But it does really help keep you afloat. You will pick up a really good player after the draft that you can sell for $500K+ or keep and train. I put $10K/week of scouting in my first season to get some good draft picks.

I also train mostly outside players (PG, SG, sometimes SF)
From what I gathered, it's best to make those players well rounded in all their important skills (found in the first post of help). Balancing training and winning is really up to you. I'm trying to stay at the top of div. II, and still keep training guys. Good luck!

That is incorrect, I was in a bot division last season, relegated there...

In past seasons, BB has not relegated teams into bot filled divisions, which would include D.IV in Canada.

If you will check last season's standings and click on the 8th place teams, you'll see that they are still in the same league, though perhaps with a different owner.

D.III was not a bot-filled division. It had a lot of bot-filled leagues (everything over III.5 basically), but there were active teams in the rest of the division. Take a look at the team history for this team (24950) which has been "relegated" two seasons in a row and continues to play in III.5

well, i don't know why we argue, I know I played a season against bots, coming from div. II. The fact that you found proof that other team didn't do the same, doesn't mean much. I know for a fact that I was the only human team. Late in the season there was another human owner.

I would assume I know better how my season went, don't you think so?

Here's the deal - if you relegate to an all-bot division, you will come back to the division you are in.

If you relegate to an all-bot league in a division that has humans elsewhere, you will not come back.

You are not understanding the distinction between divisions and leagues

Canada currently has 139 active teams, or enough to fill 8.69 leagues. That is 1.1, the 4 leagues in D.II and most of 4 leagues in D.III (III.1, III.2, III.3, and III.4). There are no active teams in D.IV.

BB has disabled pro/rel between divisions that are totally inactive. This was specifically confirmed by the BB when I started playing. In the USA, pro/rel is disabled between D.IV and D.V. In Canada it is disabled between D.III and D.IV.

But between divisions with at least some active teams pro/rel is executed just like normal, even if it means, as in your case that a team is relegated to an all-bot league in D.III.

As a special note, when a bot is promoted from D.III to D.II (by winning their league championship) they are immediately relegated as part of the bot cleanup. For example, the bot (25084) that won III.13 in Season 2 and replaced your team was immediately dropped in III.3 where they were given a new owner.

Well guess I feel better knowing that with only 8.69 filled leagues, it's ok that my entire division (III.7) are bots.

BB has been adding a lot of teams over the past couple of weeks (ever since Hattrick started listing them on their Partners page) so it is possible that you could get some human teams this season.

BB could also adjust the pro/rel scheme some to that it is less likely that active teams don't get relegated into leagues with all bots.

Speaking of Hattrick, I'm seriously considering quitting it. Since I got in All Canadian I completely lost my drive. I didn't even bother changing my lineup yet and we're half way through season almost ;)

This is more entertaining for me
