Read the FAQ on training and gameshape and come back and ask if you don't understand. I wasted a few weeks trying to train different positions. I expect that Zibo and Vatsal 5 are the best teams in your League and one of them will promote this season. My advice would be to use this season to build up your infrastructure and start getting some players and plan to promote next season.

Start by training inside defence for centers. Make sure each trainee gets at least 48+ minutes as a center each week. If you do that in just a few weeks you will have a much stronger player.

I hope you didn't spend too much on the superior trainer or are paying too much per week. Hopefully you are paying a lot less than $30,000 a week. Yes you should train your two big man and also buy a cheap new trainee.

you should focus first on building court side seats as they are most profitable one but not more than 300 and not more than 15 luxury boxes this season as your ticket holders are very less.

Well that is an amazing bargain I have never heard of a non-stupid salaried superior trainer going that cheaply so it was a great buy however I still think for a new team watching your spending is very important and I would still rather see new teams with a trainer costing about $15,000 a week so total staff costs are less than $20,000 a week.

So you need to tighten your belt in other areas, so be very careful with your roster and keep it very lean and mean.
