* what do you think it's our main weakness in this team?
* how can we "cover" this weakness?
There seems to be a lack in position 2/3. Small forwards are really difficult to train in BB and people usualy prefers to use a PF or a SG at this position. Either you have someone who will take the time to train really good SF or you have to tinker. I would prefer the first solution and I would agree to take some personal time to help those who would train it.

* what do you think about last tactics? did you use them in some official games? which are your feelings?
They look a bit "bastards" and not really effectives. I used them mostly in private league but I'm not sure they are a good improvement in the game engine.

* what do you think about our road in the tournament?
Your performances were simply excellent. It won't be easy to do the same.
Plus, we will start hard with Deutschland and Portugal. Two teams that will probably go far in the tournament.

*how will you organize your work?
I would try to check most of the icelandic players ASAP, contact the managers of the most promising players and the U21 coach to create a bound.
Follow a weekly update and help for those who needs it.

*will you do everything alone?
It's a lot of work and I think that, even in a relatively small country, it's not possible to do everything alone. I've got some friends in game who might help or if any icelandic manager offers a hand, I would check it. Also, I think that I would need some kind of translator to help me communicate with somes managers. Communication is a powerful tool that needs to be trained.

*how many players do you think we have on our database?
I would say between 60 and 80. Am I wrong? :p

I will be in contact with U21 coach and we will heft to work together to get good guys, I will organize the players and I will try to have info about all the players, Like other candidate said I will come with weekly update for every game in every week,

I think all help is best if someone will help me to build this team he will be welcome to join, I can't do everything allone it would be hard for me so if someone can help please contact me if I win, :)


I think it's not so many guys but the players that I think can be competeing for the NT squad is about 50 -60 players, am I right?
