And then there were two. Congrats to the Black Mambas on making a second consecutive deep run in the cup. Looks like they will get through to the Elite Eight.

I, however, have a tall task trying to take down the King Drive Ballers. I have made a deeper run than I thought possible given that I didn't draw one bot while trying to stay competitive and not relegate.

Congrats to you too! Surprised I made it this far 2 years in a row. This year I got pretty lucky and really haven't met a team my equal to this point.

well... but for you whipping my team on my last road game, I would have been in the black. :)

Due to relegation, every road game I lose cost roughly 20K-30 in revenue. Fickle fans that I have.

I have never seen a league as bunched up at the top as this one. For my part, I am just happy that I was able to come out with a winning record, avoid a relegation series, and exceed mine and probably everyone else's expectations.

the parity makes it more fun and interesting, and adds an additional element of uncertainty with the cup games. I hope it stays this way.

Who promotes? My vote: I think Black Mamba, with an amazing cup run and season record, has earned the right to be the favorites.
