For me the 1st player is a waste of potential, that he will never be able to fill.

I agree - the player still has to have the starting skills to make it. On the other hand, Vacirca on my team started off with slightly lower skills than Wendon but he should eventually pass him because of his potential.

Also - for the height - because of my shift in what I want in SFs - I believe that shorter is better. You particularly need more outside d, which trains slowly on a guy who is 6'10".

I love it when people talk about salaries like they actually mean something.

What do you guys ahve to say about my SF prospect who JUST turned 19. Here are his skills:

Age: 19
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: strong ↑
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: proficient
Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious

I will most likely focus on inside skills this season, and am training Rebounding this week if he gets sufficient minutes. If not, i will train Jump Shot. Any suggestions or comments on him?
