Delta gave us all we could handle for 45 minutes. I was surprised by how affective they were from behind the arc, and we struggled to keep pace, but our rebounding advantage ultimately won out.
Last season we lost in the finals to the cavaliers because they had home court advantage. This season we won the finals because we had homecourt advantage. I believe if Delta had HC they would be the champions. If Delta can afford this team next season, they are going to be tough to beat.
I am especially going to miss Stillhere’s humor, but if division 1 proves too tough we may see you guys again as we pass back down. Off to celebrate the big championship with some pancakes and a dog walk! I know my dogs are going to want to hear all the details from last nights game. 😊
