I don't think it would take anything too crazy for you to have HCA for the finals. You are only 1 game back of both Yorkville and myself at the moment, and I don't know that either of us will win out. Good chance 16 wins will lead the Great 8, maybe even 15. You have a shot at getting to 16 wins and a good shot at 15.

And even if you wouldn't have HCA against the Great 8 regular season leader, I think the playoffs are going to be pretty wide open. And in that case, your odds of having HCA in the finals go up quite a bit.

I'm 8-1 at home. Stupidface Vereker dropped 41 and 16 on me to ruin perfect home court!

With Casillas of Yorkville gone, Vereker has to be the MVP right? That man's been a monster all season.

Survivor Update - Great 8 - 1, Big 8 - 0 (Thanks to the pwnxtrz)

Tomorrow's Semi-Final Game

pwnstrz vs NBBA Arizona Desert Storm (12-7) - Both teams should be playing for it all at this point, I see the storm clouding the pwnstrz future in this one but who knows after last week's game we have seen anthing can happen.

Good Luck!!!

Interesting thing about the Tourney, when you hit the Elite 8, Enthusiasm changes to the playoff system. So even if you CT, its like playing a scrimmage.

I like my bench over his, maybe I can get him in some foul trouble. :fingers crossed:

I slightly overpaid for Casillas. He was a great player for DII but not a NBBA starter and I would have been losing money if I sold him after the season at age 33. I am also very comfortable with the boatloads of money I am currently making here.

Okobi and Chen are also a couple weeks away from finishing their training and I needed the money for a new trainee. Okobi and Chen are very unique players and the trainee I needed to complement their skillsets was very expense. This was also time sensitive because I need finish training this second group of players before Okobi/Chen start their skills decline.

Long-term I am in pretty good shape. Hopefully by the end of the weekend, I will have 3 starters (Okobi, Fisher, Shoemaker) and 2 backups (Chen & current TL target) for my NBBA rotation. All will be super-salary efficient. This means that I will be able to afford a stud NT guard and a stud NT big at any salary and have the flexibility to bring in a player or two to fill whatever I would need to play multiple offenses effectively.

I still have enough in my budget for two potential two studs next season so you guys are still in trouble next season.

Oh good - I list Nikolai for sale, and he decides to have an amazing 1st half to prove that I should not have done so.

Crazy win over Belarus there Phyr. Benching Williams appears to be a good strategy

He's not an inside player but go neutral/outside contributor. We clinched HCA in Americas next season so any further we get is gravy.
