As I said at the time, the full inter-conference schedule would better indicator. And the Big 8 clearly came out ahead with 41 wins in the 64 games.

Damn, I hate when this 'real life' thing takes over and makes you neglect the far more important business of setting your BB line-up! Horrible feeling that this will cost me :(

How was MVP calculated? I know Vereker put up the best numbers again this year but his team didn't make the playoffs.

For BuzzerManager, I'm pretty sure the MVP is simply the player with the best Efficiency Rating for the season. Vereker had a 32.2 for the season, which was nearly 6 points ahead of second. Here are the top 5, although the formatting likely won't hold.

Player Team AE
1. Stuart Vereker Big Head Todd & the Monsters 32.2
2. Bill Quevedo GS_Warriors 26.5
3. Czesiek Michalczuk San Diego Eagles 26.4
4. Andrea Prestandrea The Bullets 26.3
5. Baltras Jerinas EDH Wolves 24.9

I'm not sure how much the fact that BHT finished 5th will play into the actual BuzzerBeater voting, but we've been told that it does figure into the voting.

My Sungrazers shyly stayed out of the spotlight again this season, preferring a life of quiet walks along the beach, sipping gin & tonics, where no fans can recognize them or trouble them for autographs.

Well, one and done in D.II, I'll be honest I was not expecting this. I fully planned to have a less than playoff caliber season because I needed to build up my arena and wanted to make a run in the tourney. I fully expected that 8 wins would get me at least a shot at a relegation match, but nope.

Best of lucky everyone.
