#5 inside scoring:IS:C:ID,JS.
#6 one on one:DR:PG/SG:HA,JS
#7 one on one:DR:SF/PF:HA,IS,JS.
#8 outside shooting :JR:SG:JS,DR,HA.
#8 jump shot:JS:PG/SG:JR,HA,DR.
#9 jump shot:JS:SF/PF:JR,IS.
#10 jump shot:JS:SG/SF:JR,DR,HA.
#11 ball handling:HA:PG:DR,OD.
#12 passing:PA:PG:HA,DR.
eg :- So let's say you trained JS for SG/SF. Most of the 90% training will go towards JS, smaller amounts of the 90% will go towards JR,
DR, HA. The remaining 10% is cross-training and can go to any
other skill, including FT.
