Less than 3 hours till someone's 0 must go!!!

Good game Violator, looks like you've got better players than I do. Thanks for overestimating my team and use C.T.. tho in the long run it would hurt me financially. See you again after ASW and then play off.

Yo! Yo! D for D best PF in D Aussie BB. D Name is Kye Duffill (10080211), averages nothing but pure amazing! Vote for Duffman!

I regretfully only got to watch half of the 2nd quarter. Was a very close game considering it was my home game and I played CT (I'm not surprised either). I wasn't taking any chances and my enthusiasm was sufficiently stocked to allow me to do so. I thought it was important to get the early victory and with it that mental edge, especially in front of my home crowd. ;-)

Will be interesting to see how you go on the return with home court advantage. Your team took a lot of 3's for running motion. I ran a 2-3 expecting a battle between the bigs, perhaps 3-2 would have served me better.

Now we can focus on tearing the other conference to pieces before round 2 commences!

Well done Ravens. You sure punked me for tactics. If Ihad of noticed that you were out of the cup I would have changed a few things. I was expecting Arcuato to be not playing and for you to be running and gunning. Rookie mistake.

Yeah I was going to put all my effort in this game but I realised I can't afford to C.T, normal would not win me an away match while you will C.T. I've got a rank 90 next cup game and I've been monitoring him, his intention is to C.T with all the enthusiasm he saved up after TIEing easy matches. It's surprising that his last match his opponent forfeit aswell. something dodgy. I will definitely consider C.T or normal tomorrow. what do you think?

Yeh I am surprised you went 2-3 instead of m2m, you must of really overestimating my inside scoring skills I guess there'll hard for me to estimate my real strength until i play the offense against yours. You should also realise that my starting center was missing and Duff Duff FG was over 50%... infact better than ur starting PF... has more steal and blocks....but rated lower....maybe because of TIE.

Beside that, your team demonstrated excellent inside defense and scoring ability... not so much from your guards but the assists that make your opponent's 2-3 look like a joke... your rebounding skills isn't something I can ignore either... good work...

Sure is.....make sure you give him single position training on ID & blocking so you can hold off The Violators.
somewhere near wondrous ID and proficient Blk would be good.

I would definitely crunch time this game if you have saved your enthusiasm for it. Taking in mind you do have the 1 & 2 sides from that 'other' conference. Looks to me that the Maulers rely on their PF and SG. The PF is a monster on the boards but who can really tell against limited opposition. Hard to guess if he'll play 'push the ball' or 'look inside'. He may look at your bigs and opt out of that challenge. I'd prob guess he'll look to shoot from outside. Your team is better so you should take him down, he won't go without a fight though. ;-)

Yeah I do wonder what's it's like for those teams with SG that's average 30+ points a game and run for season MVP. My guards are there to play their role. My twin towers are their to win games! I probably let your SG run a bit loose (due to tactics choice) and of course Duffman did hold his own and probably didn't get as much of the ball as I would expect. I'm sure that will change when you actually run 'look inside'. I have no idea how the ratings work. Does 4 points vs steals and blocks win? I wouldn't have thought so. My centre has been stealing a bit of Bozo's thunder this season (he was played off the bench last season) but I don't mind them sharing it around, so long as they win! :-)

Lol.

You just concentrate on coaching your own team thanks very much Datz... Hopefully I can escape this league and avoid matching up against the Raven's future destroyer for a long long time! :-P

I wouldn't get ahead of yourself their mate. He's got the potential to be great but the fact is he's still a pup for now.

I'm looking forward to the one on one challenge but I don't think he can beat my team on his own. Prove me wrong! ;-)

Wow, huge news just in!

Melbourne Sharks have just sold their 22yo Superstar C, Jamie Hilton for $1 515 600. That seems a little cheap for a player with a wage of $ 88 895?!

In all honesty though this is probably the right move for the Sharks considering Hilton had no support. I would now work on building an even base with maybe a couple of strong players to train and build up around them. Have a good think about what kind of team you wish to run offensively and start purchasing/training based on that. ;-)
