I don't disagree, but you're sort of avoiding the question.

You have a specific example to work with, and the opportunity to consider all those other things. What's your strategy?

The current economic climate is the perfect time to invest in arena if at all viable. With player and staff markets so heavily inflated, it's better to spend on the expenses that are fixed price. Not only will you need less money to buy players/staff when the prices come down, you'll also have better infrastructure when you're ready to promote.

Balance. Flexibility.

There is a time to be proactive and there is a time to be reactive, and you have to be ready for both. You may plan to enlarge your arena, but you better know what your roster needs at the same time, and if that right player appears at a reasonable price, jump at the chance. And when there is no pressing roster need and no player at a reasonable price, be prepared for the next step in arena building.

Tip #2: Build your arena on an "as needed basis". I see that you've read some threads saying you should build your arena ASAP. While this is not bad advice it may not be the best possible way to build.
ROFLMFAO. Exactly what I said. So I guess don't listen to this yahoo, either.
