This is not feasible like Versus said, team B is a suggestion for the bb developers.
We simply do not have enough slots to give. The incentive for training a NT player is the high merchandise bonus. Not sure if Div 2 gets a big share compared to div 1. Plus of course national pride. It is more of a sacrifice kaya we are ever thankful to those who have nt players on their roster.

What we are trying to tweak is training and build all around players that can play multi-positions. Malaki effort ni Obi and Morwood but other managers are not reaching out and go about training on their own. Lolo and Ces continue to do this by mentoring and i am sure other friendly pinoy vets help out as well. So ang plan is to set up a universal guide that we can all agree on as a definitive criteria for the nt. I think I will post it here and we can all talk about what we need in each position. I can always use the edit button so nothing is set in stone. We change nt coaches every 2 seasons and this will be my last season as nt coach so ang hope ko is to post this universal criteria. Even when we change coaches the criteria doesn't change.I am going to post it soon, looking forward to everyone's comments.

General idea of NT player building. I think if we have these kind of players malayo ang mararating natin sa Worlds.

PG (traditional) 3 slots
SG (outside shooter) 1 slot
SG (inside guard) 2 slots
SF (def type) 1 slot
SF (pure scorer) 1 slot
SF (balanced type) 1 slot
PF (passing type with decent OD, built like a SF) 2 slots
C (hyper rebounder and blocker decent ID and secondaries) 2 slots
C (inside scorer/inside stopper with decent secondaries) 2 slots

15 slots - remaining 3 slots will go to unique players. Yung mga nais tumakbo next season sana mag comment din kayo. para ma finalize natin. Everybody is welcome to react. We already have a couple of players who fit the mold. As Ash mentioned we have a small core. I would expand that to 7-8 players not 5.

When i say decent secondaries it means respectable (7) at least, salamat for sharing your thoughts. I have seen five NT players from China and most of them have excellent (not respectable) secondaries. FYI guys they didn't win Gold in Asia this season. Tinalo ng Iran ang Japan.

your sg - we have two guards on our nt with below par inside def, not excited with pure outside shooters that is why i only allotted one slot, in the case of delapena ok lang kasi he is an excellent passer, i think we have this position covered
your sf - maganda defense niya pero walang offense at all - more balance sana and higher js/is, e2 yung main weakness natin.
your c - vice versa with guards and C, if you have a center with good inside skills your od must also be decent. Jump range is not a big deal at all.

Yes, i will post specific minimum skills for each position and they will be subject to constructive criticism. I asked Obi for help to construct it. When I took this job i said i would ask for help. This is what I meant. Ang habol ko sana kahit mag palit tayo ng coaches ang standard pareho. So i am encouraging people who want to run for Senior coach to participate. For those who care, your comments bad or good are always welcome. This is our National team. We all have a say.

Next week is a better week for me to help you out, I agree with your comments regarding his players. Variations are always on the transfer list. I suggest if you guys find a player you really like, copy paste his skills here and we can discuss it further.

I think I have one of the most unique player in our nation coach. at naniniwala ako na sobraang taas ng mga hiddens niya.

(34056474)

Check his last game. he delivers 32 points, 37 rebounds and 10 blocks! SO AWESOME!

We beat Japan (2nd placer in Asia) in scrimmage. We are a slight favorite to beat Barbados, our GS is not that good for the first week. Lets work on this.

Based on my experience with the NT there are just some players who are more consistent and more aggressive than others. It really doesn't matter at time whether that certain player has a lower skill set than his teammates.

In the NT that player is found in Lyndon Dela Pena. He is consistent in scoring and can pass. it doesn't matter if you put him in pg sg or sf he will produce 90 percent of the time. I do not know if he has that aggressive hidden trait in him so I can't really tell why he does what he does. But per conversation with the owner of Dela Pena which is Gwapsak in league games he is the same the most consistent player. Maybe teams who are training guards can ask our NT manager for his stats and train their players along that line and see if they can duplicate his performance.

If you compare the stats of two of our guards Ulan Cantara and Lyndon Dela Pena Ulan is a better player offensively based on stats/skill set but he doesn't take over the game during NT more often as compared to Dela Pena. So If you have an up and coming player who you think is that kind of player that takes over games maybe you should send your player to our NT manager. I've seen players who have only 50k to 60k perform better than 100k to 200k players in league. There are just those type of players in BB that are hard to guard. I think All In should have noticed by now which players in our current NT are more reliable every game and has his own observations.

Hope it helps.

yeah. Hidden traits are more powerful than what the majority thought it is.

Talagang na-aamaze ako sa rebounding prowess ni Sotero. He gobbled 10 rebs average in League II.1 with just a prominent Rebounding. There is something more to the hiddens than what we thought.
