If you ask me for a rough estimation, I would say ID will get a pop while training SB for 3 pops.

You have data to support that? I have never seen SB mentioned having an elastic impact.

im training big men and have been running SB alot, i can verify that it will get a pop in ID maybe every 3/4 trainings with a lvl 6

So where does it make sense to train SB?

IS->ID/SB->RB?
