Yes, I've got a 5 season plan to train him in outside and inside skills so he can fit the NT.

I know what you meant :)

I feel he has a better shot at being a strong PF than an SF with that skill set at 22.

If it were me:

Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: prominent
Driving: prominent Passing: prominent
Inside Shot: prodigious Inside Def.: prodigious
Rebounding: prodigious Shot Blocking: proficient

similar to what I'm hoping to build. Work on his main skills first as a strong PF. Get his IS/ID/RB to 15/16. Then work on his outside skills, starting with JS / JR / 1v1.

And if you're not sick of training him by then, get his OD / PS up.

The he'd be a good LI SF with decent OD. But the above skill set seals a place in the NT to me :)

Imagine above training was finally achieved. And imagine if he was trained at 18 and 19. He'd be a complete monster.

those are the ideal ending stats :)

like I said for a PF

get IS/ID/RB to 16. then work on the secondaries :) doesn't have to be as high as that. though it would be awesome if it was :P

With 1on1 traning am assuming we get a pop every 3 to 4 weeks for DR/JS/IS?

These are calculations/observations/concrete data from a substantial amount of users; made only on 18/19 year olds with a level 5 trainer:

DV 1.8 weeks
HN 2.3 weeks
IS 4.5 weeks
JS 4.5 weeks

But my personal experience HN abit faster than DV >_> JS seems right, and IS faster when the player is taller. This I observed when I trained a 21 year old 7'2" player, and a 6'3" 18 year old, and a 6'5" 18 year old for nearly whole season. Seems taller you are, IS is faster (the 21 year old 7'2" popped faster and more IS than younger and shorter player). By how much I am not sure.

depends. DR/HN could pop every 2-3 weeks, JS/IS 3 to 5.
