I am Konrad, the current U21 NT coach.
Though the U21 was in a mess when I took it over late in season 16, I was able to build up a team and have five wins in season 17.
I am already tracking all the interesting players in UAE and was giving some managers advice on training.
From all competitors applying for the U21 job, I am the one with the most experience and the highest world ranking.
I am working as a German NT scout since many seasons.
And - this is the best !- if you elect me, there will be a competition amongst all UAE talent coaches - the manager which is most cooperative will receive a 3 months supporter package. This is to motivate the UAE managers to keep and train their talents!
There will be a competition for this and next season.
