Glad that game's over. Watching your best player get the "Can't Buy a Bucket" headline three times in one game is enough to cause one to reach for the bottle.

What a negative outlook. The optimistic view is that he made enough shots that he was able to have three such streaks instead of one really long one (That's what she said).

I love this glass half full mentality. I guess I can also take solace in the fact that I played a team that I think is better than mine and kept it close while I TIE'd their Normal. I was at home, sure, but I kind of figured I'd lose by 30.

My enthusiasm isn't very high + HCA & a GDP guess by you. Plus on top of all that my GS wasn't great. Had to play a few starters 100 minutes last week. (faced a real cup team)

So flipping the glass over, and splashing the contents all over hrudey's already stained t-shirt, there's no way you should've lost!!! (<-- splash guard/wink)

Wow, my schedule kind of sucks this season. A 22-0 team is my rival. My first TV game was on the road & i got CT'd. My second TV game is also on the road, vs. an undefeated team that has previously CT'd me 2 or 3 times in a row. And I get 2 real cup opponents in the first 3 weeks.

Aw man, way to bring me back down into the abyss. Geez...
It all had to come down to that TIE vs N, then.
Also, it had a lot to do with Spencer not being able to hit the broad side of a barn.
Usually, when he's shooting terrible for the first 3 quarters, he turns it on in the 4th, so I was optimistic, set up perfectly to get my hopes and dreams shattered.

On the bright side, my Utopia team won a game that I thought they'd lose, so that's nice.

That is nice! In the words of [your musical idol] Fred Durst, "keep rollin', rollin', rollin', rollin' "

Thanks for knocking out those real teams for us, sure does help! Here's hoping you overlook our game sandwiched between everything as the battle for second place gets dirty.

While I'm happy that my coach doled out a very nice distribution of minutes for Game Shape purposes, I could have used a bit more time on the floor for my starters. It's pretty amazing, though. Normally, in close game or when I lose, a couple of my guys play 40 minutes. Not even close this game.
