I've just looked through all the draftees in all div I teams and it looks like the draft this season has been pretty poor. Good potential but salary is too low or already 19, or quite high salary, but 19 or very low potential...
I had pretty bad draftees and already fired one player. Took me 0.001 s to judge whether I should sell/keep/fire him or not.
So the player that I'm probably keeping (unless I find a better Indian player) looks like this:

Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: allstar
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: average Handling: mediocre
Driving: pitiful Passing: average
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: mediocre
Experience: atrocious
Not at all that great but I guess if trained properly, he'll eventually be a good player. After all, one of my trainees who started like this when I bought him at an age of 18 is now like this at the age of 19 (turning 20 in a few hours time):

So if trained properly, he could be useful in the future. But only the problem is that my training schedule is pretty much based on my U-21 NT player, so I won't be able to train this rookie as I'd like to.
