I guess by out-Clogging the Clogs you inherited the bad luck I seemed to have at times last season, but maybe you'll get the lucky Cup run I had too to compensate.

Or, perhaps you won't. Tough draw for a round 2.

Very true.
And at least my GS updates gave me a couple solid kicks to the groin.
It looks like I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.

Not sure if I should be joyful about those 3 W's or disappointed that everyone have been "taking it easy".

sounds like a great plan. speaking of the playoffs i just found out last season that being the 5th seed on purpose doesn't help you to save money anymore. Instead of earning revenues from playoffs or relegations, 5th or 8th seeds are the worst places.

what i learned is if i keep my roster in top shape throughout the season
someone will get an 100K player prior to playoffs
and i would have no capital to adjust to it

those who won this league had 550K-600K salaries
no way i can maintain that during the season
maybe for 2 weeks at the end
to get a shot at the 1 Mil bonus to make it worth it

It depends. You only pay half salaries if you're the 5th place team, and a team that loses in the first round of the playoffs only gets half a game's worth of attendance revenue. I pretty much aim for the playoffs anyway, but there's still a good case that you're better off being fifth than losing your opening playoff game.
