But, of course, considering that my team has failed to master the three ball or, to be honest, the two or even the free throw, our competency with the 8 ball has to be called into question.

Would failing to win this season be devastating to the future of the Clogs, or not really? (How far will you go to win this season?)

Let me help out here. Clogs will win it all this season! His defense will stuff everyone in the Big and Great 8. He WILL go undefeated. We are just mere pawns to be vanquished on his buzzerbeater chessboard. He dares anyone of you to even come close to beating him.

It wouldn't be devastating as far as needing to blow up the team and start over or putting me on the precipice of bankruptcy or anything. I might have some slight trouble if I have a very short Cup run, and I'm not sure how much longer Carver can play backup minutes in this league, especially if I get an injury to one of the bigs.

I don't have the finances to really go much further, though. If I have money left over going into the playoff deadline I might try to pick up a rental like I tried last year, but I'm so picky and I hate the whole rental player thing so I don't anticipate pulling that off.

Long story slightly less long (it's cold!) : I probably have a three to four season window with the current roster.

I have had many things starting with "bulls" attached to me and my posts, but I think bullseye is a first.

I am disappointed that you mentioned the chessboard thing though. Were you in the arena when Morgan Menard, the liliest of the lily-white and the turdiest of the turd-haired, attempted to do a free-style BB rap involving his prodigious ability to play the Queen's Gambit Declined and his somewhat less pronounced ability to produce anything useful on the basketball court? How did you like the following passage?

"Bricking up threes,
eating a croissant,
driving by your a**
and scoring, en passant.

Wait, what do you mean, foul?"

I'd go on, but I think it's best for all involved parties that we minimize the embarrassment.

All that being said......Your still the one to beat. Id talk more about your defense then your 3s. Very impressive.
