Well rebounding for sure is not this player problem. I would like to see from him some more OD, JR (about 8 will be fine), and some ID. Then some more JS, and last rebounding, but i really dont see why u need to train his rebounding right now.

Over all very good player, and i would love to see my SF prospect becoming something like him

i would train him with JR until he pops outs, you will raise his JS with it too but his range is actually a major weakness of him, and need the most improvements in my eyes.

What do you think of my pair of SF training under 1 position (big man along with a real big man). picked them both off the draft last year. might do big man training or Guards training next season depends on the draft this year.

Well the 1st if he was 6'8 his value would be great. As he is now he can be only a C. Train him as a guard i think that is a waste of time. Maybe u r best bet is to sell him actually. The 2nd he can be PF/C/SF (in that order) depending from u r training plans, but he needs lots of work.

But thats just me...

I have this guy, and my question is if passing is important for a SF?

Weekly salary: $ 4 931

DMI: 17100
Age: 18
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: starter
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: average Handling: mediocre
Driving: average Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: inept Free Throw: inept ↑

Experience: atrocious

If passing is really important i would have to work at passing.
If not i would work on his IS and after that on his OD and ID.

i like SF who can pass, from the importance they bring their handling and passing skill into account like an SG.

Wth? wouldnt taller player train slower at guards, why would it be a waste of time training him at guard, in fact since hes 6'5 he would be faster at guard training. no offense dude but you contradict yourself, your SF prospect is the same age and height with lower skill and potential. now you see him as a great prospect but you think my SF prospect is a 6'5 ft C??? If i sell him, I have no surprise that who will be bidding on him...

I think that the issue with his position is less his height than it is his low guard skills, particularly his jump shot. JS is crucial for small forwards so it will take a long time to train him in the non-big man skills needed to make him a good SF.

Exactly. Very low outside skills. And for SF Wendon who if he is not the best SF of the game he is 1 of the best he has less than 40k salary, so for my SF prospect potential is not a real issue. The soft cap for Allstar potential is around 65k, even that some saying that SF's tend to cap at lower salary, with 40k, i can still have great SF.

Whats the great on my SF, even with his low potential, is that has 6-7 on every important SF skill, something that SplitJ cant say for his own, and there is my argument
