About setting up an independent scouting team, I'm open to it, but Ko Phyo should have a say on this.

And also it's heartbreaking if I help clear up some of his mistakes after losing to him... but I understand it's for the goodness of Singapore. And actually I have been in contact with some managers owning some real good prospects in secret

In this season I tried to select from Singapore teams. But I only got 5 rosters from 4 teams. These teams are Eric Utd, Xavis, Final Fantasy XIII, and Babyzero. And then i try to advice for training Singaporean for ours. But a few only reply my mail. And I also advice to them with my knowledge. Mostly oversea players were reply my mail and keep in touch with good communication. Whatever I told before already please join with me and we working together. But some are want to point of my weakness, I wanna tell them please see my situation. And I said a lot of time for join and do together with me. Before election also I said I will try the best and I wanna work together with all. That's all... I think you will know what I meaning and I hope other people will be also known I really don't want to destroy Singapore teams and Singaporean hope. That's a ll. Still I am try the best day and night for Singapore. Still I am welcome for doing and working together for all the people. Still I am really welcome *audi and NT also. But they don't want to work with me together.

I hope everyone just work together. Although everyone have diff ideas on how to improve the team. If possible I will try to buy a sg to train provided it doesn't cost alot

Hi terfu, been long time last heard from you, but well, it's not because we don't want to help, it's because nothing been done to convince us, except disappointment. On the other hand, from what I have been discussing with some friends, I realise, STN family member are playing this game as well. But don't seem like they are helping him, the way thing have been processing, seem like it's has been a lone ranger managing u21 which is STN only. If family member don't help, how are we gonna help as well? This 2 point is telling us something..

This time round, is not up to him to decide if some of us have to reform our mini non official team to step in. It's just like real life, there's always human union around to step in, if things goes wrong.

Another example, lets put it this way, if you are new in this game, but you know what happen, and you read our record, with NT experience portfolio, my record of training player quietly, and STN, with 3 of us giving you advice on how to train your player, who you will listen to? In order of first, 2nd and 3rd?

For this time, I agree with you, on getting people from hattrick to come over.

This is like politics. Someone wins the election but there are other rivalry parties. and people dont want to see the neverending internal conflicts. Me neither. But psychologically I find it quite hard to work with Ko Phyo. Seems Audi feels this way even more. But I'm not here saying this and that accusing others and doing nothing, so I say I'm OK if there is an independent scouting team. I will handle 18 and 19 forwards and centres. Perhaps Audi will handle guards and perhaps we'll find 1 more to join us. But only if STN is OK.

I am okay bro. Whatever I am really welcome for your independent scouting. You also doing for Singapore. I am also doing for Singapore. We are same direction. I know about what is you talent I also known what can I do. Some things are same way and some things are different way. I hope you can do well and that is support to you one day. I will also do well whatever I can do. Now I have some problem, If you wanna help please help me. My point of view is stamina and game shape also important for game. That meaning is I didn't meaning skill is not important. Skill also important. I care about balance. Now, my key center players in U21, their manager are not take care about their game shape. Some were playing 48mins 2 games already. I also mail to them already. If you wanna help please help me.

Singapore U21 minimum requirement skill for PG
Point Guard:
main skill: Outside Def: tremendous, Passing: sensational, Jump Shot: prolific,
secondary skill: Jump Range: strong, Handling: proficient, Driving: proficient,
temporary skill: Inside Def: respectable, Rebounding: mediocre, Stamina: mediocre.
Remarks: I know difficult to train these all, but I saw 2 rosters are almost nearly these skill.
